As an independent advisor, Kripa specializes in working with wealth owners across generations, and single-family offices on questions ranging from defining values and vision, managing succession, creating a family roadmap for the future, asset allocation, philosophy and impact investing, and wealth structuring.
Prior to this, Kripa has worked in the family office of Quilvest, and before that, as Managing Partner of theFamily Office Exchange, launching the international practice, and offering single family office research and consulting directly to wealth owners across the globe.
Across her career, Kripa has worked with wealth owners and family offices on wide ranging governance issues, on a one-on-one basis, as well as publishing articles, running group workshops and round tables, and presenting at conferences inEurope, Australia and Asia.
Kripa holds a Masters in Economics degree fromthe London School of Economics and a B.Sc. from the School of Foreign Serviceat Georgetown University, Washington DC, and a qualification in SustainableFinance from the University of Cambridge.
