Marina is an experienced investment advisor with progressive international experience in financial services across the US, Europe, and Asia. Her broad experience ranges from client advisory, portfolio management, investment analysis and driving strategic initiatives. Over the past 20 years Marina has worked for bulge bracket banks and investment boutiques where she has primarily focused on advising family offices on investments in private markets (both direct and fund investments). She has also worked in an operating capacity for several VC backed portfolio companies.
Marina is an avid supporter of the start-up community and eco-system building. She mentors start-ups with multiple organizations, including Founders Institute, Seedstars, F10 and others. Her focus is usually on Emerging Markets, Mission driven companies and/or those run by minorities.
Marina received an undergraduate degree from DePaul University in Chicago, MBA from University of Saint Gallen in Switzerland and recently completed the Oxford Private Markets program. She is also a CFA and CAIA charter holder.
