Theresa Dick

Theresa Dick is an Ambassador at Marmot Finance specializing in private equity investing based in Zurich. She has held multiple roles at Constellation Capital, including Private Equity Investment Manager and Associate, and served on the Board of Directors for Constellation GP S.à r.l.

Theresa began her finance career as an Equity Research Analyst at Bankhaus Lampe KG and then worked at HSBC in Global Banking and Markets as an Equity Sales Associate in Düsseldorf, Germany. Prior to that she completed an Equity Sales Internship at Oddo & Cie in Paris and a Traineeship at UBS Global Asset Management in London.

Theresa holds an MSc in Strategy & International Business and a BSc in Management & Strategy from Aston University, along with a certification in Private Equity and Venture Capital from Università Bocconi. Multilingual in English and French, she is recognized for her ambition to democratizing private equity, especially for female and younger investors. She also hosts a podcast about women and entrepreneurship.
